About the Event

0This Hour of Power is to create the voice and invision the challanges and strategies to support solutions 

ECE providers are struggling through as our industry addresses equity in classrooms for Black and Brown children. 

This opportunity will provide participants the an opportunity to be self-reflective as we :

  • Define the core values in early care
  • Identify the problems that perpetuate stigmas, sterotypes and discriminatory practices among young children in Early Care learning environment
  • Explore solutions to ensure the promotion of safe and healthy environments African American Children can thrive in
  • Create SEL goals for staff and children that are culturally competent and void of bias and exploitation

We hope you will show up to these industry changing sessions.
